1) What is your definition of happiness?

Being in an eternally present state, free from worry and free from unconscious thought.

2) How did you pursue a career in Acting?

I started when I was very young by appearing in pantomimes at my local theatre. Then when I was about 13 I got a place in the Nottingham TV workshop, where I have trained up to this point in my life, and which opened the doors for me to get my first professional role in Get Even, which then led on to me getting an Agent and working on other professional jobs.

3) In another life, what would you see yourself as?

Honestly the reason I love acting is because you can shape shift into so many different lifestyles and career paths throughout your roles. I’ve always been very indecisive, I have a lot of hobbies and could see myself doing all manner of things, but I think I’d most likely be a personal trainer, or maybe even a Chef as I LOVE cooking.

4) Pick 1 thing that inspires you on a daily basis.

Myself in the future, and making steps to grow into the person I am meant to become.

5) How do you see yourself in 5 years?

Living in London, either renting or with a mortgage depending on the pace of my career. At this stage I would like to have had a breakthrough role (ideally in the action genre) opening career doors for me to play strong female lead characters in my future projects.

6) What is your definition of evil?

Greed, and ignorance, having more than enough for yourself and turning a blind eye to the difference you could make to others lives with what you have. The fact that the worlds’ billionaires could cure world hunger and homelessness and still have BILLIONS left for themselves is evil to me.

7) If we didn't have money, describe what you see the world as, in your eyes.

It is a beautiful utopia that is full of negative energy. It’s yin and yang all rolled into one, I am so grateful to be here but there is also so much wrong and unnatural with the way our society functions (myself included).

8) What is the 1 thing you'd like to teach humans?

To free themselves from social media addiction and the toxic urge to compare and change themselves - this is something I still struggle with and need to learn as well.

9) Do you like to plan your future or go-with-the-flow?

I very much like to plan my future, but I am also open to whatever opportunities or downfalls cross my path. I have a vision board in my bedroom of things I am working towards.

10) Pick 1 song that defines your character.

Honestly in my current mindset I think Amazing by Kanye West is one I can relate to and it makes me feel empowered.

11) What's your favourite activity?

I absolutely love working out at the gym, nothing feels better than the buzz you get while nourishing your body. I also really enjoy driving in the sunshine while listening to music loudly and getting drunk with my best friends.

12) If you had only 1 day to live, what would you do?

I’ve been racking my brain trying to think of something amazing and courageous but I honestly think I would just spend it with my family and the people that I love the most.

13) What's your biggest dream?

To change the way humanity lives and views the world.

14) How are you going to achieve that?

I am working on a very confidential brand at the moment which I’m hoping will revolutionise the fashion industry for young people. Also when I have reached the point in my acting career where I have more of a platform I hope to vocalise the inequality in the world that people in developed countries turn a blind eye to, and change the way our economy functions. I want to be able to tell stories though film about things that are really happening and things that matter, and create a kinder planet for everyone on it.

15) What's the most frustrating thing about your career?

The idea that there are times where someone else has my future in their hands. Despite this, I always think it’s up to myself to become the best at my craft to enhance my chances of getting jobs and reaching my goals.

16) What's the most joyful thing about your career?

The fact that I get to tell a whole range of different stories from different lives, and I get to do something I love as a career which I think every person should aspire to.

17) What's your goal in the next 2 years?

To get to know myself better, to move to London for at least a period of time, to gain more exposure as an actor, and to invest some of my earnings into my brand development.

18) How are you going to achieve that?

By continuing to self evaluate and detach myself from unconscious thinking, by taking a leap of faith and moving there even if I don’t think I can afford it at the time, without the risk there is no reward and I know I will always find a way to make it work, by continuing to read and learn and discover ways to become better at my craft, and by being careful with my money and prioritising my future over material pleasures when I earn money.

19) What's your favourite quote?

Probably either “Create your own destiny” or “knowledge is power” both of which I have tattooed on myself and are very sentimental to me.

20) Describe yourself in 3 words.

Energetic, kind, intelligent
